Susan Shand is our full time dental hygienist and has been with us for 18 years. A graduate of Cuyahoga Community College, Susan shares the office vision of striving to help improve the dental health, and consequently, the overall health of our patients. Her gentleness and caring attitude are much appreciated. She and her husband have two children and are active in their church and community.

 

Anne Tolbert is our part-time dental hygienist and has served with us for 15 years. Anne is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College and has enthusiastically helped to promote improved oral health for our patients. Her positive, cheerful attitude is a great asset to our office. Anne shares her musical talent in the bell choir in her church and also has an avid interest in computers.

 

Terri Moncrief has been with us for 15 years, and brings dedication and enthusiasm to her job. She works hard to keep the "front office" efficient as our primary scheduler and insurance claims processor. She and her husband Dale, who is a Christian school administrator, have 3 children.

 

Amy Flynn has been a skilled dental assistant for 8 years. Her cheerful smile and ability to put patients at ease are a great asset to our office. Amy is also a busy mom with 3 children and happens to be great gourmet cook!

 

Ruth Smith, Dr. Smith's wife, has been a vital part of the office for over 20 years. Her business background and the ability to help patients with insurance matters have really helped in making things "run smoothly". Ruth enjoys her work and it shows. She especially enjoys interacting with patients and appreciates the friendships made over the years. Ruth is the mother of 3 and the grandmother of 9.
